Beer Philosophy
We don't want to be the next gargantuan brewery in Nebraska. We are a neighborhood brewery with a constantly changing lineup of beer. It’s our goal to change one of our six taps weekly, if not more. Our three barrel (~100 gallon) brewhouse ensures that our beers are ever changing. Make sure to stop back often to find a very unique new brew.
We've made a total of over 350 unique beer recipes. While most breweries just keep with 5 to 10 mainstay beers, we change our beer menu at least weekly and love to push the envelope of what beer should taste like while still holding true to our beer philosophy.
We've brewed a lot of beer over the years, this page is kind of our love letter to our fans and a nice stroll through memory lane. Below, you'll find a list of every beer we've brewed (sans our Tap Seven beers).
This list is NOT our current tap line up, for our current offerings, click here.

Lil Boy Blaze Cranberry Wheat
While researching Wayne, we stumbled across the first story in the 1912 Herald "Little Boy Starts Blaze". To immortalize W.F. Wright's 3 year old, we named Greg's favorite beer after him. This one of a kind beer tastes as if a beer and a wine had a baby that was raised by a sour patche kid.

The All Go Farmhouse was supposed to be our Algo Ligero Cerveza but we used some re-harvested yeast that had some wild yeast which propagated a few hundred generations. Then our air conditioner died during fermentation, acting like a steroid to the wild yeast, giving the All Go an awesome Belgian funk with light pepper notes and an increased perceived hoppiness.
