Abe's Honey Porter

ALWAYS ON TAP!

Many a great man has been named Abe, Lincoln, Father Abraham and Simpson. We thought they deserved a great beer so we crafted an easy drinking porter. Don't let the color scare you, this is far from Guinness. We guarantee you'll love this beer even though you can't see through it. Cheers to liking dark beer after sampling this bad boy! Initial honey flavor with an earthy hop finish. 


Dappled Bovine

Dappled Bovine is our INTRO TO CRAFT BEER beer.  It's an easy jump from your favorite domestic to this easy drinkin' cream ale that will have you seeing images of a stunning landscapes where spotted hooved mammals munch the near pristine prairie. ​
​Reduced Gluten – under the recommended 20 ppm gluten - which is the international threshold for brewing considered "gluten free."​

5.25% ABV; 18 IBU ​ $3 5oz Taster; $4.5 16oz Pint; $16 64oz Growler

Know Me Better Man Christmas Brown Ale

A beautifully complex holiday brown with heavy tones of cinnamon, lighter notes of vanilla, orange, clove and star anise with a light chocolate and English hop bitter finish. Named for Greg’s favorite line from the Christmas Carol.

Stark Aronia Berry Wheat

A slightly tart B-E-A-utiful wheat beer. Stark Wheat is made with Nebraska grown aronia berries. Slightly tart but totally crushable.

Enigma IPA

Brewed with mystery hops from our freeze (the label fell off – we’re pretty sure it was Amarillo hops – but it’s a mystery to us too) the Enigma IPA might be mysterious but she certainly is tasty. This full bodied IPA is a higher malt profile than our normal IPAs and finished with a citrus/pine bitterness. 


6.17% ABV; 74 IBU  $3 5oz Taster; $5 13oz ; $16 64oz Growler

Logan Valley Fresh HOp Pale

Within three hours of being harvested these wonderful local Centennial and Cascade hops were boiling away in our brew kettle. Grown on the hills of the Logan Creek valley near Bancroft. Slightly grassy with grapefruit and slight pine finish rounded out with a copper maltiness.

Sand Creek Common

An American beer style full of tenacity and innovation brewed for a Wayne, American company with the same spirit. Sand Creek Post & Beam’s showcase beer is a Common style beer (ask your bartender for the story). It is light copper, brewed with fresh hops from our beer garden and has a slight orange finish.

Margaery Grapefruit TIPA​

Medal Winner:  Third Place Imperial IPA - US Beer Open

With a taste straight from the hills of  Highgarden, this grapefruit IPA starts with a heavy grapefruit and citrus nose, follows with grapefruit and a mildly earthy taste, and is rounded out by a slightly sweet and insanely crisp finish. A beer fit for any queen of the realm

Vanilla White Girl Milk Stout

We added vanilla to the crowd favorite White Girl which is modeled after the Coffee Shoppe on Main's White Girl latte, this milk stout has a strong initial coffee flavor and a sweet vanilla caramel latte finish that complements the carbon dioxide bite.

We scoured the interwebs to find the best rootbeer on the planet, then we let our 3 and 4 year old taste test. We think they chose the best too. Please bear with us while we 100% dial in this recipe and feel free to offer feedback. Oh ... and we'll have ice cream come spring time!
