Kelly, our wonderful Brewery Mom works with some awesome kiddos.  She sees kids from all walks of life and some of her kiddos are food-insecure. Summer is a hard time for any food-insecure family but COVID-19 doubled down on the pressure put on these families.  Back-pack programs & food pantries help but many of these families might not have enough to get them through the days that programs are not available.  We have decided to build a mini food pantry to help those who might need a boost in this fragile time.

Here's how it works:
  -  Take what you need
  -  Give what you can

Take what you need:
      -- the Byrd House will be stocked with food come grab whatever you need at any time of day


Give what you can:
     -- drop off toiletries or shelf stable items (items that can sit on your shelf at home -- no refrigerated items) 
     -- donate via PayPal so we can keep it stocked all year round
     -- Please no outdated food, breads, fresh produce, home made or home grown goods
     -- Please remember the Byrd House is not air conditioned, food will be hot and may spoil
