Johnnie Byrd's first run of spirits is available for purchase. Buy all six (6) of our offerings of our first batch of spirits. This includes our first batch of Vodka, Gin, Honeyshine, Wisner Irish American Whiskey, Light Nebraska Style Whiskey, and Cinnamon Whiskey.
Vodka: Vodka from Great Plains wheat and Nebraska honey. At least six distillations and slow filtered to achieve a superb vodka. Perfect for sipping or mixing.
Gin: A beautiful and bright gin. Distilled from Midwestern wheat. Infused with juniper berries and botanicals to achieve a delicate Nebraska gin.
Honeshine: Nebraska honey fermented and distilled to produce a one of a kind liquor. Honey Shine carries notes of clove and floral tones through the distillation process. Butterfly Pea Flower is added to give Honey Shine its unique color changing property.
Wisner Irish American Whiskey: Brewed as a bourbon wash from corn, barley, and rye. Then speed aged on oak to produce a beautiful whiskey reminiscent of a slightly sweeter Irish whiskey. Just like the town it's named for, this infusion of two styles produces a wonderfully unique whiskey.
Light Nebraska Style Whiskey: A light Nebraska whiskey similar to a Canadian style whiskey.
Cinnamon Whiskey: A light whiskey infused with cinnamon sticks to produce a wonderful whiskey with heavy notes of vanilla, light cinnamon and just the right amount of oak.
